How to create a return

 

1. Returns are FREE. Go to My Orders. Click ‘Create Return’ on the order you want to return.
2. Select theitems you’re returningand thereasons for return.
3. Search for yournearest drop off point, then select ‘Place Return’. You’ll receive a QR code by email and in My Returns. 
4. Place your return in asingle parcel. You can useany packagingyou like as long as it’s secure. 
5. Take your parcel and QR code toyour chosen drop off pointand they’ll take care of the rest! Your return is trackable. 
6. Hold tight! We expect to process your refund within10 days of dropping off your return. We will email you once your refund has been processed.
