Can I cancel my order after I've place it?

If you've placed an order using Stripe, you won't be given the option to cancel it. Once your item has arrived, you can request a refund and then send it back.Find more info on returning with Stripe here. 

For all of our other payment options, there are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order:

• Next Day Delivery, Evening Next Day Delivery and ZENSHOP Instant  -15 minutes after completing your order.
• Nominated Day Delivery -2 days before your chosen day.
• Standard Delivery & all other delivery options -60 minutes after completing your order.

 If any of your items are sold and shipped by an ZENSHOP Brand Partner, you have 10 minutes after completing your order to cancel it.
